Customers praise the product for its comfort, finding it beneficial for pain relief and improving sleep quality. Many reviewers highlight the excellent value for money and the impressive range of functionalities, including massage, underbed lighting, and app control. The adjustability of the bed is also frequently mentioned as a key positive aspect, allowing users to find optimal positions for various needs. While most feedback is positive, some users experienced issues with the bed's construction, with one instance of a bending base leading to a refund. Additionally, a few customers noted that the massage feature is primarily vibration and may not be very strong, especially with thicker mattresses.
