Customers find the product visually appealing, with many describing it as cute and pretty. However, opinions are mixed regarding its appearance, with some noting it looks different from photos and appears cheap. Customers have negative feedback on the quality and material, frequently describing it as thin, cheap, and not well-made for the price. Value is also a concern, with many feeling the product is overpriced for its quality. The color is also a point of contention, with many reviews stating it is stark white rather than the cream or ivory shown in pictures.
