Many find the build sturdy and appreciate its ability to neatly store footwear. However, customers have mixed opinions about assembly, noting that it takes time and can be challenging. Similarly, opinions regarding capacity and quality are mixed, with some noting that it holds fewer pairs than advertised and struggles to fit larger shoes or boots.
