Customers find the product to be a useful and well-sized storage solution for comforters and duvets, with many appreciating the breathable cotton material. However, some reviewers experienced issues with the size being too large for their needs and reported that the zipper broke or the fabric ripped, leading to negative opinions on the product's value.
