Customers find this flatware set to be visually appealing with a gorgeous, elegant appearance. The product is praised for its good quality and substantial weight, fitting well in hand. Reviewers also consider it a good value for the price. However, some customers noted that the black finish can come off on hands, and the color may differ from online images, appearing more gray and black than dark brown.
