Customers highly praise the product's quality, appearance, and durability, with many noting its classic design and excellent feel. The value is also frequently mentioned positively, with reviewers appreciating the reasonable pricing and the ability to replace older pieces. However, some customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the size, mistaking them for teaspoons rather than dinner spoons, and a few found them slightly shorter than expected.
