Customers praise the product's beautiful appearance and excellent quality, noting it looks even better in person. The color is generally well-received, with many finding it vibrant and fitting their decor. The product is also considered a great value for its price, appearing more expensive than it is. While durability is highlighted as a positive, with the rug holding up well in high-traffic areas, some customers mention significant shedding.
