LOVE this coffeeespresso machine! Makes the BEST cups of morning goodness!

I bought the machine for a Christmas present and when trying to use it on Christmas morning it leaked water all over. I found a large crack in the water tank. I would like a water tank replacement but can’t find one. Help. It has a squarish design.

I am wanting to return this item. The reservoir leaks went properly place several times. I cannot show in a picture of the leak. The photo below is the box.

LOVE this machine. It makes a great cup of coffee. Some coffees are not very hot, but that is the way they are supposed to be. If you want scalding hot coffee, put it in the microwave for 35 seconds after brewing. The crema is fabulous. If you do not like crema, this is not your machine. The machine is quieter than the Next version, but still a bit loud. However, if you go to a coffee shop, you know these types of machines are loud. There are no water leaks that I read in other reviews. The machine is sleek, and looks great on the counter. The lid opens and closes easy, which is not the case with the Next. It does not connect to the Nespresso app, but I never used that anyway. It’s simple, open the lid, put your pod in, close the lid, push the start button, and you get a great cup of coffee. I like the fact that you can choose the strength of your coffee as each type of pod has a rating, and Nespresso offers a lot of variety.

I love the color of red it came in. I also love that it came with a variety pack of Nespresso Coffee. I can't wait to complete my coffee bar with my Nespresso pod order and the flavored syrups.

Only Nespresso machine to buy!

Love it! I bought an older version several years ago and gave it to my daughter to use so I replaced it with this. Makes the best coffee! So much better than big-name coffee shops and so convenient. Plus, a generous sample of Nespresso pods came with it. If you love a great cup of coffee from the convenience of your own home, this is for you! Plus, it looks good!

This is definitely an upgrade from our original original machine. Works fast and Rich coffee highly recommended. 

Great machine! Replaced my other that died. Holds more water spent capsules. Love the creama on the coffee.
