Customers praise the product for its beautiful appearance, lovely semi-precious stone design, and strong functionality in keeping wine fresh with a secure seal. Many note that it makes a great gift and offers good value. However, some customers express mixed opinions about durability, noting that the crystal feels somewhat flimsy or cheap and could potentially break off with handling.
