Customers generally praise the product for its durability and quality, with many noting its substantial size and perfect fit for various outdoor furniture sets. The material is frequently described as heavy-duty and well-made, effectively protecting furniture from the elements. However, some customers express concerns about the material's thickness and durability, with a few reporting tears and premature wear, suggesting it may not always live up to the "heavy-duty" description.
