Customers frequently praise the product's beautiful appearance and elegant design, noting its high-quality crystal. Many find the flutes to be a great value, especially considering the price. However, there are recurring issues with items arriving broken, leading to mixed opinions on quality and durability. Some customers also expressed disappointment with the material, describing it as glass rather than crystal and heavier than expected.
