Customers praise the product for its beautiful appearance, lovely design, and gorgeous aesthetics featuring unique colors and botanicals. They also appreciate its lightweight build and sturdy feel for daily use. However, opinions on durability are mixed, with some noting that the plates are thin and break easily.
