Customers appreciate the convenient size of this travel mug, noting it fits well under Keurig machines and in car cup holders. However, many reviews express disappointment with its heat retention capabilities, stating that beverages cool down quickly. There are also concerns regarding the material, with some customers unhappy that the interior is plastic rather than stainless steel.
