Customers find the product easy to use and effective for maintaining their coffee makers, leading to improved coffee taste and brewer performance. However, many reviews highlight issues with unclear or missing instructions, causing frustration and difficulty in completing the descaling process. Some users also reported that the product did not resolve the "descale" light issue or, in some cases, caused their machines to stop working. Despite these drawbacks, many customers consider the kit a good value for the price, offering a convenient all-in-one solution for brewer maintenance.
