Customers appreciate the attractive appearance and convenient size of this tea kettle, noting it fits well with kitchen decor. The hardware, including the handle and spout, is generally well-made and stays cool. However, opinions on durability are mixed, with some users reporting it falling apart quickly while others expect it to last. Packaging has also been a point of concern for some, with instances of damaged boxes and products.
