Customers praise the product's beautiful appearance and unique style, noting its substantial weight and quality craftsmanship. Many reviewers appreciate the product's aesthetic appeal and how it complements their home decor. However, there are significant concerns regarding durability, with multiple customers reporting that the finish, particularly the copper color, wears off quickly even with careful handwashing. Some also mention the weight, while generally positive, can be substantial.
