Customers consistently praise the product's beautiful appearance and vibrant colors, noting that they are true to the advertised images. The quality is also frequently highlighted, with many describing the rug as thick, well-made, and luxurious. However, a significant number of reviews mention excessive shedding, which can be problematic for those with allergies.
