Customers appreciate the product for its usefulness in maximizing space and organizing small kitchens, apartments, or coffee bars. Many find it to be a handy space-saver that frees up room in cupboards. However, customers have mixed opinions about size, noting that while it works well for small cups or espresso mugs, it struggles to fit standard coffee mugs or thicker shelves. Additionally, reviewers report negative feedback regarding functionality, design, and capacity, citing that the hooks are placed too close together, making it difficult to hang multiple mugs or close cabinet doors fully.
