Customers find the product to be beautiful and elegant, with many appreciating its nice appearance and the sparkle added by the textured glass globes. The finish on the metal parts is also noted positively. However, some reviews indicate concerns about the thinness of the glass globes and a significant design flaw where the fixture attachment broke, posing a safety hazard and leading to the fixture hanging crookedly.
