Customers praise the product's high quality, attractive appearance, and sleek design, noting it adds a nice upgraded look to bathtubs. The faucet is reported to fill tubs quickly and perform well over time. However, some users find the water pressure to be excessively high, causing splashing, and one reviewer experienced significant issues with water pooling at the faucet base, leading to cleanup problems.
