Customers praise the product's attractive appearance and design, with many noting its beautiful color and retro style that complements their kitchens. The kettle is frequently described as functional and working well, with some users appreciating its quick heating capabilities. While generally well-received for its quality and value, a recurring concern is that the handle can become warm to the touch during operation.
