About This Product

The special planters from the Rough Collection are made of Fiberglass combined with cement, sand, and finely ground stone. This composition is also called Ficonstone. The Rough Collection consists of modern indoor planters, but also exclusive planters for outdoor use, all of them with the same characteristic finish. Upgrade your outdoor space with our textured round fiberstone pot. Handmade with fiberglass and finely ground stone, this pot is incredibly lightweight, yet durable, making it ideal for both indoor and outdoor use. Its timeless look will not only complement any style décor, but it will never go out of style. Simply drop in your favorite plant and enjoy!

Features

  • Handmade, high quality and highly durable
  • Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use
  • For pots placed outside, it is important to drill holes in the bottom, so the excess water can drain and the planter does not break during frost. Drill several holes in the bottom of the pot. Use an 8-10 mm drill bit. The number of holes depends on the size of the item. To prevent the drill from slipping, you can put duct tape on the place where you want to drill. Tip: Cover the holes with gauze or old pot shards so they cannot get clogged.
  • Pot feet will keep your plants healthy by limiting overwatering, shielding them from harmful frosts, and keeping insects and hungry gastropods at bay. Pot feet may also help protect your outdoor surfaces from rot and molds, such as decking. Make sure that planters without feet are placed slightly from the ground. This can be achieved by placing loose pot feet or a saucer under the planter.
  • If you do place the planter directly on the surface, it is recommended to drill the holes in the side of the planter, about 5 to 10 centimeters above the surface.
