STYLE: The Asia collection of artisanal Colombian porcelain offers a break from traditional plateware design with square shapes with slightly rounded corners. Absolutely elegant, the Asia collection is perfect for serving anything from global cuisine to your own down-home menu. Made for professional use in restaurants, Asia is fully vitrified and has high alumina, so you benefit from operationally durable pieces that will outlast other porcelain. CHIP- AND SCRATCH-RESISTANT PORCELAIN: Fully vitrified porcelain with high alumina content, Asia’s durability can’t be beat by other porcelain companies. USES: The Asia porcelain dinnerware collection is produced for commercial foodservice, and is also ideal for making beautiful dishes for the family table at home. CARE & MAINTENANCE: Wash in the dishwasher with liquid detergent (avoid granulated detergent) and pre-soak to release any dried on food with bleach-free detergent. Use soft sponges to clean, avoiding scour pads as they will scratch your dinnerware over time. Can safely be used in microwaves, oven, on the stove, under a salamander or broiler. G.E.T.
