CHIP- AND SCRATCH-RESISTANT PORCELAIN: Fully vitrified porcelain with high alumina content and rolled edges on round pieces create the most durable porcelain available for the commercial foodservice industry. All round pieces come with a standard 5-year edge-chip warranty.
USES: The Moon porcelain dinnerware collection is produced for commercial foodservice, and is also ideal for making beautiful dishes for the family table at home.
CARE & MAINTENANCE: Wash in the dishwasher with liquid detergent (avoid granulated detergent) and pre-soak to release any dried on food with bleach-free detergent. Use soft sponges to clean, avoiding scour pads as they will scratch your dinnerware over time. Can safely be used in microwaves, oven, on the stove, under a salamander or broiler.
