Customers praise the product for its beautiful appearance, soft texture, and high quality that looks expensive for the price. They also appreciate its low pile, which is easy to vacuum and clean. However, opinions are mixed regarding color, as some note the shades appear paler and more washed out depending on the viewing angle and lighting.
