Customers praise the product for its beautiful colors, adorable design, and solid functionality, with many noting it keeps tea warm and works well for daily use. However, customers have mixed opinions about the hardware and design. Some appreciate the updated handle and spout, while others report issues with the handle being difficult to grip, the spout dribbling, and loose lids falling off during pouring.
