I recently purchased the Hamilton 7-Speed Stand Mixer, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. Not only was it a fantastic bargain for the price, but the build quality is outstanding, no flimsy plastic parts, just solid, reliable machinery. I put it to the test with my favorite chocolate cookie recipe, which has a notoriously heavy batter, and the mixer handled it effortlessly. The results were even better than usual, with a perfectly blended, smooth dough.
