Made in Belgium AluPro is the top-of-the-line aluminum nonstick cookware from Demeyere. This 10-piece set contains all the pans you need to set a kitchen upright. Make rice and boil potatoes in the 2-quart saucepan, sear meat and make sauces in the roomy 11-inch deep fry pan, and braise one-pot dinners for the whole family in the 4.5-quart Dutch oven. AluPro boasts an innovative 5-layer Ti-X coating featuring three layers of enhanced nonstick coating, a Plasma Primer for superior resistance to metal utensils, and a protective layer that prevents peeling, blistering, corrosion, and abrasions. And, like our stainless steel, AluPro offers even heating and browning. The cold-forged extremely pure aluminum construction with a 5mm base provides fast and even heat distribution, with no hot spots. TriplInduc technology gives the pan a strong, stable base for excellent contact on induction, offering up to 30% more efficiency over other base types to help reduce energy use. The ergonomic stay-cool stainless-steel handles are comfortable to grip and are riveted to the body for strength. The durable, dishwasher-safe Ti-X nonstick coating lets you enjoy the quick release and easy cleanup and is oven safe to 500°F.
