Customers frequently praise the product's appearance, noting its elegant and expensive look with a beautiful, rich gold color. The style is also a highlight, described as modern, unique, and vintage-inspired. The brightness is considered good, providing the right amount of light. However, some customers have expressed concerns regarding the quality, with mentions of a less-than-quality look and feel, and issues with glass shades not sitting level.
