Many reviewers highlight the deep seating and oversized cushions as key features contributing to its comfort. The product's color is generally well-received, with specific mentions of sage green and gray being attractive. However, some customers have mixed opinions regarding the color, with a few finding it not as expected or wishing for more color options. While the quality is generally seen as good, one review noted that back cushions are not firm and armrests do not stay intact.
