Customers report that this product offers excellent comfort, with many describing it as soft, plush, and a "game changer" for sleep. The product is noted to fit well on various mattress sizes, including Cal King. Positive feedback also highlights the good packaging and the quality of the material, with some appreciating the memory foam and cotton top for breathability. However, some users found the straps to be a bit tight or wished they were adjustable for a more secure fit, and a few mentioned that the product might be slightly narrower than expected.
