To start, I was really excited about this product! It gets 4 stars because it’s not exactly what I expected. The cup comes with no instructions but is a fairly large size so good for a lot of product. Secondly it took a LONG time to heat up, I really look forward to my chai in the am, and it never really got a good froth. It warmed nicely but my tea mix stuck to the bottom also. Other products I’ve used to froth I can add both milkchai tea and froth together. All in all I will use it again but will try another setting on my stove to see if it helps. I really like this coffee foam maker. It is quick and quiet and easy to use. The quality of the product is really nice. My only reason for 4 stars is because the minimum line seems like too much milk or creamer to use. Way more than a small cup of espresso or even a small to medium cup of coffee may need. This would be good for iced coffees that typically have a lot of foam. The reason I ordered it was to do away with my hand held frother but I may need to keep it if for smaller cups with less frothed milk. Other than that it is a great products I would recommend it.. I tried my frother for the first time today just to have fun. I put 2" of milk in a small glass and I was shocked when I used my frother for about 15 seconds and the glass filled up all fluffy!
