Customers appreciate the attractive appearance of the product, noting that it looks great on patios and around fire pits. However, many report negative experiences with assembly, citing a complex building process with numerous pieces and screws. Reviewers also express significant concerns regarding poor material quality, a rough and scratchy wood finish, and low durability that leads to fading, cracking, and falling apart over time.
