Customers find the product to be beautiful and aesthetically pleasing, with many noting its large size and how it enhances their kitchen decor. The quality is generally praised, with some reviewers stating the pieces speak for themselves. However, a significant concern is the fit of the lids, as they do not seal properly due to the absence of rubber gaskets, leading to mixed opinions on their practicality for storing food items.
