Customers report that the carafe is prone to breaking easily due to its thin glass and fragile nature. Many find the replacement price to be excessively high, with some stating it costs nearly as much as a new coffee maker. The quality of the carafe is a recurring concern, with users noting it breaks frequently, even with careful use.
