This is part of the Riserva collection, the historic series dedicated to daily tasting developed in collaboration with the Faculty of Oenology of the Catholic University of Piacenza and tested by professionals of the Italian Sommelier Association. This is the classic flûte that enhances the perlage and the aromatic and gustatory characteristics of sparkling wines such as Spumante and Champagne. Like the other models in the collection, the combines an optimal distribution and a new thinner plate with the purity of the Star glass, and the fineness of the laser cutting of the rim, which is particularly homogeneous and ideal for professional tasting.
