This is part of the Riserva collection, the historic series dedicated to daily tasting developed in collaboration with the Faculty of Oenology of the Catholic University of Piacenza and tested by professionals of the Italian Sommelier Association. This was designed to serve an important, full-bodied, and structured wine such as Barolo, of which it enhances each quality. Like the other models in the collection, the combines an optimal distribution and a new thinner plate with the purity of the star and the fineness of the laser beam cutting of the edge, which is very homogeneous and ideal for professional tasting.
