Simply wash and peel potatoes or other vegetables such as carrots, parsnips, or red beets, and cut them into slices with your Borner slicer using the thinnest setting. Place the slices onto the Crispymaker, making sure they do not overlap to ensure your homemade chips turn out perfectly crispy. Season to taste with spices of your choice and place them in the microwave for a fat-free snack.
