This toaster is adorable!! I bought it to go with our new black/gold/copper epoxy countertops! My handyman was teasing me and said now I need to get a new coffee maker to match it! ha ha ha...told him I was already searching for one!! If you are one that wants your toast VERY light, this is not the one for you unless you want to watch it toast and then hit the cancel button...the timer is a bit off on this toaster, the #1 selection toasts for over 1 1/2 minutes..yes, we timed it! ha ha....Hubby had to immediately have a couple slices of toast...I did run it through the toast cycle a few times as others had reported it as having a bad odor at first...toast was not affected and did not experience a bad odor..
