Customers highly praise the product's beautiful appearance and solid, high-quality construction. The tub is frequently described as a luxurious and show-stopping feature for bathrooms. While its substantial weight is noted as a challenge for installation and moving, many reviewers consider this a positive indicator of its sturdiness and durability, contributing to its ability to retain heat. The size is generally well-received, with many finding it spacious and comfortable for two people.
