Customers find the product visually appealing with a beautiful and stylish appearance. Assembly is generally reported as easy. However, opinions are mixed regarding comfort, with many finding the seat cushions firm, scratchy, or lacking support. The color is also a point of contention, with some reviews stating it appears more yellow or tan than depicted online, while others found it to be as pictured. The product's sturdiness is generally praised.
