Customers appreciate the attractive appearance and quality of these mugs, noting their luxurious look and sturdy construction. The color options are also frequently praised for their beauty and richness. However, opinions on size are mixed, with some finding them perfectly sized and others considering them too small. A significant concern raised by multiple reviewers is that the mugs become excessively hot when filled with hot beverages, making them difficult to hold.
