Customers praise the product's beautiful appearance and high quality, noting its sturdy construction and solid feel. The faucet is described as easy to operate and install, functioning perfectly for vessel sinks and effectively solving splash issues. However, there are concerns regarding compatibility, as the included drain assembly is designed for sinks with overflows, which is not typical for vessel sinks, leading to the need for separate purchases.
