Customers praise the product for its exceptional softness, comfort, and plush texture, with many describing it as a dream underfoot. The color is also frequently highlighted as a positive attribute, with some reviewers specifically appreciating a true jet black. However, opinions on the material are mixed, with some finding it soft and absorbent, while others felt it was not as soft as expected and more like a parachute cord texture.
