Customers generally praise the product's appearance, sturdiness, and storage capabilities, noting it looks great and is well-made. However, assembly is frequently described as time-consuming and difficult, with some users reporting issues with parts or unclear instructions. While storage is a highly appreciated feature, the lift mechanism can be stiff or challenging to operate.
