Ordered two of these, Grey Color. Arrived in about a week. All parts received in good condition. Assembly went smoothly - after reading prior reviews, I took my time and followed the directions. Directions were clear enough. First one took a little over an hour to assemble, second one too a little less than an hour. All hardware fit, and no "adjustments" needed to be made. Just to be on the safe side, I applied two coats of "weatherseal" before putting them outside. Once applied, the weatherseal actually highlighted the wood grains, and I think the chars look even better than they originally did. We've only used them once so far, and they are very sturdy, very comfortable, and the retractable Ottoman is a huge bonus! I will monitor throughout the summer to see how they weather, and will update this review if necessary. We plan on bringing them into covered storage for winter, so that won't be a problem.. Ken.
