Customers find the product to be attractive and elegant, with many appreciating its ease of cleaning and beautiful colors. The placemats are described as durable and heavy-duty, with some noting a nice texture. However, some reviews mention a permanent indent in the center of each placemat due to packaging, and occasional issues with the plastic film wrinkling or peeling at the corners.
