Some of the holes didnt line up but I used the pointed screws instead of the flat screws to force then in then switched back to the flat screws. The seat cushion is quite firm so I might get something else to put under it for added comfort. The back cushions are a bit less filled than I would have wanted but overall Im happy with it. I'm not sure who loves this patio sofa more, my cats or me. It arrived well packed in a very large box. It was fairly easy to put together as besides the back pillows there are only 4 pieces, the sides, back, seat. The only issue I had was that the screws are very long and one side one took a while to screw in as it was more difficult to turn. It is very comfortable and my tripod kitty can easily get on it to sleep. He loves it. It looks very nice and seems like the fabric is strong and will hold up for quite a while. We love this couch! We looked at what felt like a million and settled on this one. One of the pieces came damaged and we reached out to the seller who replaced the part free of charge within a week, no hassle. It was easy to put together with two people, took about 30 minutes. The cushions are comfortable and it looks great. My only complaint is that the back cushions are free floating, they don't velcro or attach to the back of the couch in any way so when you get up and down they tend to flop around, but that is just the way they are designed, not a flaw.
