The double-wall vacuum insulation layer creates a sealed air gap that retains heat for up to 6 hours or maintains cold temperatures for up to 10 hours without exterior condensation forming on the outer surface. The interior stainless steel surface resists flavor absorption and does not retain metallic taste from previous beverages. The screw-on polypropylene lid contains a silicone gasket that creates a seal when threaded closed, preventing liquid from escaping during transport. The exterior coating is applied via powder coating process and provides a matte finish surface. The base features a silicone ring insert with a textured surface pattern that increases friction coefficient against desktop surfaces. Exterior dimensions measure 4.33 inches in diameter by 5.51 inches in height. The mug weighs 0.66 pounds. The opening diameter measures 2.75 inches to accommodate ice cubes and cleaning implements. Hand wash with warm water and a soft non-abrasive sponge; do not place in dishwasher, microwave, or freezer as heat and extreme cold compromise the vacuum seal integrity. Manufactured in Turkey. I was not really sure what to expect from this beautiful mug / cup . I wanted it for the amount of water that it will hold ( 40 oz ) I am older and I need to drink more water so I wanted a bigger cup then what I already have however I have problems with my grip and sometime with the weight of so.e items . This is perfect for me the handle is just right and the weight when filled seems to be well distributed. My only issue is I have a hard time sliding the drink hole cover open or closed but that is my issue because of my own strength and that should not affect any reason that someone else would not like it . Im sure that I will be ordering another one in my future .. Christy . Pennsylvania. Mon Mar 02 2026

blomus SABLO Handleless Thermo Coffee Mug was designed by Frederike Martens, a German industrial designer with emphasis on glass and ceramics. Frederike designed the SABLO line taking inspiration from the natural materials of sand, clay and water. The shapes are soft and inviting with pleasantly rounded edges and a slightly rough surface in some areas and glazed in others. SABLO stoneware is made from colored clay and a unique mix of quartz, minerals and oxide. Stoneware is defined as a group of ceramic products and is used to produce plates, dishes, cachepots and bowls, molded at very high temperatures using special casting techniques. The high temperature during the firing process ensure stoneware is more stable than clay and less translucent than porcelain. The colors, shapes, appearance of the glaze as well as the overall look depend on the firing temperature and time and may vary slightly from piece to piece - each piece is unique and may show individual structures and shades. The clay of SABLO is fired at a very high temperature, therefore doesn't require all over glazing. The textured unglazed portion is a soft beige, reminiscent of the natural sand and clay from which the piece is made.
