It is an awesome cantilever style umbrella, it is heavy and really easy to put together two observations is that the cover for the base is not included, so you have to be careful not to trip over the cross base. Upon some quick research it is possible to buy here on Wayfair too so you don’t have to make two separate orders. This was a replacement for our original adjustable cantilever umbrella that broke within 2 months (and was not returnable or refundable). In spite of that bad experience, I decided to try again but went with a non-adjustable one this time This one can be raised or lowered and thats it. So it has far fewer moving parts that can break. Works perfectly and was super easy to setup - although quite heavy, so I suggest being 2 people for the initial setup. Also, note that it requires a sturdy base - sold separately, which is the main reason I still bought from this manufacturer a 2nd time since I already had the base from the first umbrella that broke..
